If you put on your headphones and can't hear anything when watching your videos, don't worry! The solution is usually very, very simple. ๐
The first thing to determine is if the headphones are working! So, the first thing to do is to go on YouTube, watch a video, and check if there's sound.
If there's no sound on YouTube, is the computer volume low? Is the sound on mute?
You can check this by looking at the taskbar:
If the sound is on and you still don't hear anything on YouTube, check the connection of the headphone cable!
If you have sound in your headphones but can't hear the sound in your videos, we need to check the microphones! Is the computer receiving a signal?
When you speak into your microphone, do you see the audio levels in vMix moving?
If they are moving, don't worry! You have sound. ๐
<aside> โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT! The sound recorded in the files is the โMasterโ. If the master fader is down, you won't have sound. It's important to always set the master fader AND the faders of the microphones you want to use to 100%.

If the computer is not receiving any signal and the faders are up, that's not normal! Start by reloading the "standard" preset on vMix. If it still doesn't work, restart the computer.
